Return Policy

Everything you need to know about sending a return or exchange back to Summit Work Apparel® — including timelines, RA numbers, packaging requirements, and possible restocking fees.

Shortages or overages

Must be reported within 24 hours of receiving shipment.

30-day return window

All returns must be within 30 days from date of shipment.

Return Authorization (RA)

Call 1-800-347-6930 or +1-281-933-1500 to receive an RA number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted.

01 — Return Conditions

Shortages or overages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving shipment. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Custom or special orders are not returnable.

02 — Packaging & Documentation

  • Returned item(s) must be in the original packaging as shipped, or properly packed to withstand shipping.
  • Item(s) must be in new and sellable condition.
  • Altered, embroidered, non-standard patches, and damaged garments are not returnable or refundable.
  • Custom or special orders are not returnable.
  • A detailed packing list with clear reason(s) for the return must accompany the returned product(s).
  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the packing list and on the outside of the box.

All returned item(s) without an RA number will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped to SITCO Enterprises LLC (Summit International / Summit Work Apparel®) at 803 Park Two Drive, Sugar Land, Texas 77478, USA.

03 — Exchanges

Product(s) returned for exchange will be subject to shipping charges.

04 — Restocking & Defects

20% restocking fee

Product(s) returned for reasons other than defect(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Defect inspection

Defect(s) will be examined once received at our warehouse. We will inform you of the result within 10 working days. If the item is determined not to be defective, it will be returned to you at your expense.

05 — Product Imagery Disclaimer

We cannot guarantee that a product will exactly match each image, due to changes in product styles or differences between the image provided by the manufacturer and the website, catalogs, brochures, or other media. Please verify the product description before purchase.
